The purpose of these general terms and conditions (hereinafter the “General Terms and Conditions“) is to set out the terms and conditions of access, use and operation of the fondation.bnpparibas website by any user accessing it (hereinafter the “User“) to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, except those specifically mentioned in these General Terms and Conditions.
